Renee is married and a mother of four boys. She has been tattooing for 26 years also doing Body Piercing, Permanent Makeup, and Laser Tattoo Removal. Renee has some experience in this area of work, graduating from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a bachelor of Fine Art, majoring in painting and minoring in photography. Then she went on to UW Oshkosh to recieve her bachelors degree in Art Education K-12. She had an apprenticeship at Main Street Tattoo, and then bought the business after 6 years and had it become Alter-Ego Tattoo Studio, what it is today. She has knowledge in all services we offer being the owner of the business, and from going to school for both permanent makeup and laser tattoo removal.

Ruth has two daughters and was born and raised in Kewaskum. She went to Laser Tattoo Removal school in 2017 in Colorado. She also has taken the CPR Class and Blood Borne pathogens class. Ruth had worked in a different tattoo studio prior to Alter-Ego Tattoo Studio which she has been with for 8 years now. Ruth is a tattoo artist, body piercer, and a laser tattoo removal technician.

Heather grew up in Greenfield, WI and graduated from Whitnall High School in 2007. She also went to UW-Milwaukee and got her bachelor's in fine art, drawing/painting. Heather now lives in West Bend with her husband and daughter. She has been with Alter-Ego Tattoo Studio for 6 years now and tattooing for 5 years. The two services that Heather specializes in are tattooing and body piercing.
